In case of maturity specified at Points a and b of this Clause but need to be further considered, the construction permit-granting agencies must notify in writing the reasons thereof to the investors and concurrently report them to the competent courts. the direct management shall consider and direct the implementation, but must not exceed 10 working days as from the expiration date specified at Points a and b of this Clause.
